Shipping Information
Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd is committed to dispatching your order within 48 hours of receiving your online purchase. All orders are dispatched via either Australia Post or Direct Freight Expresss unless stated otherwise. If a faster delivery is required, or you would prefer your order to be sent by registered post, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will arrange this for you for an additional fee. Any parcels sent using Australia Post’s Express Post service or Registered Post service will incur an additional expense that will be charged to you in your checkout stages.

Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd and must be within 7 days of invoice. Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd does not accept returns for change of mind. Any items returned to Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd must be in an unused condition and may only be exchanged at the option of Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd for the same goods or goods of equivalent value. We do not refund postage costs and the return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense. A restocking fee of 20% is applicable to all returns.

Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd warrants its products for a period of 12 months from date of purchase from Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd. Only products sold by Australian Golf Supplies Pty to the original purchaser will be covered by such warranties for this period. After this period, any claim must be made through the reseller under their ACL warranty obligation.
